Developing Stronger Leaders for a Stronger Ontario County

Leadership Ontario is a signature program supported by the Ontario County Chamber Foundation—building a pipeline of informed, connected, and community-minded leaders.

Each year, 25 participants from businesses, nonprofits, government, and education explore the issues and opportunities that shape our county. Through hands-on experiences, leadership development sessions, and conversations with local experts, they gain the tools and perspective to strengthen the organizations and communities they serve.

This year on ROC the Day, your support helps the Foundation provide program materials, curriculum enhancements, and participant scholarships—ensuring Leadership Ontario remains accessible, innovative, and impactful.
